What size are the products?
Both Thermo Shield and Wave Velvet are 150ml.
How much is delivery, and how fast?
UK delivery is £3.99 Express, or free on orders over £20, arriving in 1–2 business days. Order before 2pm on a business day and it is dispatched the same day. EU delivery is £14.99 and takes 3–5 business days. Other international rates are shown at checkout.
What does Thermo Shield actually do?
It forms a fine barrier over the hair that protects it from heat up to 230°C / 450°F while you style — straighteners, curling wands, blow-dryers. It also smooths frizz and adds shine.
How do I use the heat protection spray?
Spray evenly through damp, towel-dried hair, comb it through so it is properly distributed, then blow-dry or style. It activates with heat, so it goes on before the tools, not after.
What's in it?
Both products are built around Argan, Macadamia and Coconut oils, and are free from parabens and added pigments. The full ingredient list for each product is on its product page.
Will it make my hair greasy or heavy?
No. Both are lightweight sprays that absorb rather than sit on the hair. Neither leaves residue or flattens roots.
Can I use them every day?
Yes. Both are formulated for daily use.
Will they work on my hair type?
Yes — natural, colour-treated, curly, coily and fine hair, plus human hair extensions.
Can I use both together?
That is how they are designed to work. Wave Velvet on damp hair for moisture and definition, then Thermo Shield before any heat. The Deltalux Routine bundle has both.
What if it gets in my eyes?
Rinse immediately with plenty of water. If irritation continues, seek medical advice.
What if my hair reacts to it?
Stop using it and email support@deltalux.co.uk. We will refund you in full, opened or not.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for any reason, plus a 30-day goodwill return on unopened products. Full details are on our refund policy page.
