European Union
Standard international — £14.99
Arrives in 3–5 business days

United States, Canada, Australia, UAE and selected other countries
Standard international — £23.99
Arrives in 3–5 business days

Everywhere else
Calculated at checkout by DHL Express or FedEx, based on your address and the weight of your order.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next business day. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery times
The times above are working days after dispatch, not after you order. They are estimates from our carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not able to deliver on weekends or UK bank holidays.

If something goes wrong
Tracking not updating for more than three business days, or a parcel marked delivered that you have not received? Email support@deltalux.co.uk with your order number and we will chase the carrier and sort it out.

If nobody is available, the carrier will usually leave a card or attempt redelivery. Parcels returned to us as undelivered will be refunded less the original delivery cost, or resent at your cost.

Customs and import charges
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty, VAT or handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in what you pay us, and are your responsibility as the importer. We cannot predict or refund them.

Wrong address
Please check your delivery address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email support@deltalux.co.uk straight away — if the order has not been dispatched we can usually change it.
